2 granny smith apples
2 red apples
8 plums
80ml marsala wine or brandy
125-250g brown sugar
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 60 min
1. preheat oven to 220C
2. grease and oven-proof dish with butter and pack it tightly with green and red apples and plums
3. pour wine or brandy over and sprinkle lightly with brown sugar
4. bake the apples and plums for about an hour until they are soft and syrupy and still retain their shape
