Banana, Date and Ginger Smoothie (lactose free, gluten free) of Serena Autiero - Recipefy

1 banana (not very ripe)
4 safawi dates
fresh ginger (to taste)
habaq mint (10 to 12 leaves)
1 cup of rice milk

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
There is no need to add sugar since the dates are sweet enough. This smoothie is very healthy and energizing.
