Bannock

Ingredients
6 cup flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup lard or oil ( (I use oil)
Optional: 1/2 cuc current or raisens
Cook Time → 10 min

Directions
1. Mix up and leg stand at least 10 or longer if possible
Find good bannock sticks Dried out driftwood make the best....Wrap the dough around the end of the stick and hold over hot coal fire till done (takes awhile). No flame or will be charred on the outside
