Beef and red wine ravioli with mushrooms, aubergine pesto, chorizo and chopped tomatoes.

Garlic
Butter
Olive Oil
Chilli
200g Sliced mushrooms
Two tablespoons of Aubergine Pesto
1 tomato chopped
Ravioli or any Pasta you wish
Chopped Chorizo
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat up the butter, olive oil and garlic for a few minutes,
2. then add the mushrooms and cook till the mushrooms are nice and soft.
3. Add the pesto and cook for a couple of minutes
4. Then add the chopped chorizo and tomatoes and cook further for a few minutes.
5. Add the ravioli or pasta to the dish and enjoy.
