Beef, bean and rice casserole

1 ob. ground beef 1 cup cooked rice 1 can ranch style beans 1 can whole tomatoes, cored and finely chopped 1/2 can rotel, optional 1 small chopped onion garlic salt grated cheese

1. Cook rice, brown beef in a little butter with seasonings. Add rice, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add some grated cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese. Return to oven till cheese melts.
