Ingredients
- 454gm (1lb) extra lean minced beef
- 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
- 2tbsp barbeque seasoning
- 1tbsp mustard powder
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- Fry Light

1. Method
1. Mix all of the ingredients expect the Fry Light together in a large bowl.

2. Divide the beef mixture into four and mould the meat into burger shapes. Spray both sides of each burger with Fry Light.

3. Grill or barbeque for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

4. Serve with a large mixed salad. For an even tastier treat, top each burger with a cheese slice (taken as a Healthy Extra A option) and pop under the grill until melted.
