half a packet of plain digestive buiscets
400grams of summer fruits/berries
whipped cream
Custard (optional)

Prep. Time → 20 - 30 minuets min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. 1.) Put the buiscets into a bag and crush them to crumbs with a rolling pin

2. 2.)Half them and put half of them in the bowl the you are going to present them in

3. 3.) Half the berries again and then put that half in on top of the buiscet crumbs in the bowl (it does not matter if there is any juice)

4. 4.) Put he cream in a separet bowl and whisk with an electrick whisk untill able to be put upside down and not fall out

5. 5.) Put half of that cream on top of the berries and the buiscets

6. 6.) Once you put the cream in follow all of these instructions again and put the rest of the halfs in to the bowl

7. 7.) When you have done that if you want to you can warm the custard up and drizzle that on top

8. 8.) you could also if you want to put a dessert wine on it if you would like a little pinch of spice.
