6 yemas
160 g mantequilla
160g harina
150g cobertura de chocolate
75g azúcar
6 claras de huevo
50g azucar glass
1 c/c impulsor

Directions
1. fundir cobertura y mantequilla al baño maria.
2. mezclar yemas, azucar y mantequilla y batir hasta que empome.
3. montar clara a punto de nieve y añadir azúcar glass.
4. mezclar los dos batidos y mezclar la harina y el impulsor.
5. hornear a 180cº 30 minutos
