Blueberry breakfast smoothie

Ingredients for 2 people
2 cups frozen blueberries
4 tablespoons flax seeds
8 tablespoons of protein powder of your choice (I've used Hemp Pro 70 & Vega Smoothie Infusion - both are great)
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
2 cups orange juice

Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. I do it in the order that I've listed the ingredients above, but it shouldn’t matter - it’s all getting mashed together anyhow.
2. Blend on high for about 40-60 seconds, or until all the ingredients are mixed together really well.
3. Pour into two tall glasses.
4. Bask in smoothie goodness.
