Blueberry nut bread

2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 3 tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. salt 1 cup blueberries ½ cup chopped pecans 2 eggs, well beaten 1 cup milk 3 Tbsp. oil

1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add berries and nuts. Combine eggs, milk and oil; stir into flour mixture just to moisten. Pour into waxed paper lined 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake loaf 1 hour in a 350 oven.
