Broccoli and rice

Directions
1. Cook 4 to 6 servings of Minute Rice. Cook broccoli (8 oz. pkg.) per pkg. instructions. Mix rice and broccoli with 2 Tbsp. of butter. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 sm. jar of cheese whiz. Add ½ cup chopped celery and 1 sm. onion chopped which have been cooked in microwave til tender. Stir whole mess together and pour into baking dish. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
