Broccoli cheddar quiche

1 Ready to Use Walnut Pie Crust
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp group pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 60 min

1. -Preheat over to 375
-Sprinkle half of the sharp cheddar on the bottom of the pie crust.
-Layer thawed drained broccoli on top of cheese. Ensure broccoli florets are bite sized. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of broccoli
-Crack eggs into a bowl. Beat eggs. Been in half and half, salt, pepper and nutmeg
-Slowly pour mixture over cheese and broccoli in the pie crust
-Carefully place in center of oven on middle rack. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleanly.
