Brownie cheesecake bits recipe

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp coca powder
1 cup granulated sugar

(cheesecake filling)
3 oz cream cheese, at room temp
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 small egg yolk

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. 2. Take a mini muffin tin, and put muffin liners.

3. 3. In a bowl with the semi sweet chocolate chips, take butter in it, and put in Microwave until melted. (about a min)

4. 4. In a bowl, add sugar, and eggs. Whisk about a min:

5. 5. Add melted chocolate mixture, and vanilla extract. Mix.

6. 6. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix.

7. 7. Take a small ice cream scooper, and fill muffin tin.

8. 8. In another bowl, add cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar: whisk together.

9. 9.take a TBSP, and dollop on top. Do NOT MIX.

10. 10.put in oven, for 20 mins. Let cool compelty.

11. 11.put on plate, and sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
