Brownies the ez way (recipe for a crowd)

1 lb (4 sticks) butter cut into pieces
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (I used Ghiradelli)
2.5 cups light brown sugar packed
8 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 heaping tbsp of cocoa powder (Again Ghiradelli)
(nuts optional 2.5 cups or so)

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Preheat oven to 325

2. Melt 1/4 lb of butter with Chocolate stirring, till chocolate starts to melt then add remaining butter. ( I did this in a metal boil over a pot of boiling water "double boiler" style. If you prefer you could do this in the microwave)

3. Take off heat, add eggs, sugar and vanilla

4. Stir in Flour, Salt and Cocoa Powder to combine

5. Bake in 11 x 24 pan for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

6. Cut into squares, dust some cocoa powder and/or powdered sugar for serving
