2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
½ cup cocoa
½ cup chopped nuts

1. Blend sugar and oil real well. Then add eggs and vanilla. Beat extra well. Fold in flour, cocoa, salt, and nuts. Bake in greased and floured cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with powdered sugar.
Variation: Omit cocoa and add 1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips for blond brownies
