Buffalo chicken pizzia recipe

1 lb fresh pizzia dough
1 lb thin cut chicken breast in peices
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 Tbsp salt free streak seasoning
1 Tbsp granulated garlic
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 425*.

2. 2. Take a big skillet, and put butter in it: medium high heat: let it melt.

3. 3. Add chopped uncooked chicken in skillet: 6 to 7 mins.

4. 4. Add pepper and salt over chicken.

5. 5. Add hot sauce when chicken is 6 to 7 mins done: let cook on high, and let sauce reduce: 3 to 4 mins high heat.

6. 6.Put chicken in bowl to cool slightly.

7. 7.take out pizzia dough: take fingers, and create a boarder: and stretch it out.

8. 8.add buffalo chicken on pizzia crust first:

9. 9. Take spices and herb mixture, and sprinkle on top of chicken.

10. 10.put over Mozzeralla: put in oven 15 mins till golden brown
