Bulletproof coffee

Ingredients
1 tsp to 1 tbsp MCT Oil (if I use more than 1 teaspoon it upsets my stomach)
1 heaping tbsp grassfed butter
pinch of super freshly ground, organic cinnamon
12 ounces super freshly roasted, single origin, shade grown brewed coffee
Directions
1. Blend with a pre-heated hand blender, Magic Bullet, or (best) counter top blender until there is a creamy head of foam.
