Butternut and sweet potato lasagne

1 butternut squash (small)
1 sweet potato (large)
1 hand full of baby spinach
1.5tbsp plain flour
1 knob butter
milk as needed
1.5 hand fulls of cheese
seasoning to taste
lasagne sheets
bread crumbs

Prep. Time → 25 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. peel, de-seed, dice and boil the sweet potato and butternut squash until tender

2. par cook the lasagne sheets.

3. make a cheese sauce with the butter, flour, milk and cheese.

4. mash the cooked veg season to taste.

5. layer the mash, spinach, cheese sauce and lasagne sheets and top with breadcrumbs (alternatives cheese, nuts/ seeds etc).

6. cook at 180 until golden brown and cooked through (approximately 15-20 min)
