Butterscotch layered dessert

I’m not crazy about butterscotch but I love this dessert. 1 cup flour 1 stick margarine 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 lg. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding 4 cups milk

1. Crust: Mix flour, margarine and nuts together and press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 1st layer: Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar and beat until mixed. Spread over cooled crust. 2nd layer: Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with nuts. Chill.
