Cajun chicken pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips 2 tsp. Cajun season 2 Tbsp. butter 8 slices each green and red bell pepper 4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 green onion, chopped 1 to 2 cups heavy cream ¼ tsp of each; dried basil, lemon pepper and salt 1/8 tsp. of each; garlic powder and pepper 4 oz. linquine, cooked and drained grated parmesan

1. Coat chicken with Cajun seasoning. In skillet sauté over med. Heat in butter, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms and onion, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat and add cream and seasonings. Heat thoroughly. Add linguine and toss, heat through. Serve & sprinkle w/ grated parmesan if desired. *You can add cornstarch in about ¼ cup water to chicken. Use own judgement.
