Camembert decadence

1 whole camembert in a wooden box
2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine

1. Preheat oven to 100c

2. Remove packaging from cheese and return it to it's box (don't put lid on)

3. Pierce the cheese in several places and insert garlic and herbs

4. Drizzle with oil and wine

5. Place on a baking sheet and cook in oven for 10 minutes or until centre is melted and hot.

6. Serve with crusty bread.
