Canned Ranch Chicken Patties of Kathi Jo Horner - Recipefy

2 Eggs
1 cup Ranch Dressing
2 12oz cans of Chicken
2 cups of Bread Crumbs (Any kind. I use 1cup Italian Bread Crumbs & 1cup crushed Crackers)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Beat Eggs and Ranch Dressing together with a little Salt & Pepper.

2. In another bowl, mix Chicken and Bread Crumbs.

3. Mix liquids with Chicken until gooey.

4. Heat up a pan with about 1/4 inch oil. Medium to Med-High heat.

5. Make Patties and lay them in the oil.

6. Cook each side about 5 min.

7. ::SUGGESTIONS::
Top with Cheddar Cheese!
Buffalo wing sauce makes a great dipper!
Add a sauteed medium Onion into the mixture!
Top with Sour Cream!
