Caribbean jerk salmon with mango, strawberry, and pineapple salsa
Recipe by
2 Salmon Filets (skin removed, 4-8 oz depending on appetite)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Blackening Spice - Granulated Garlic, Salt, Dried Oregano, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper
Cilantro Lime Brown Rice
Strawberry, Mango, Pineapple Salsa
Black Bean Mango Salad
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 6 min
1. Coat salmon in blackening spice
In saute pan over medium high heat, add salmon.
Saute for approx 3 minutes per side, taking care not to burn salmon.
Remove from pan and plate with rice, salad, and salsa as shown in the video.
