Carolene's pineapple upside down cake

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 can pineapple rings in juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 jar maraschino cherries

4 tbsp butter
1 cup brown sugar

1. Melt butter in bottom of round iron skillet.

2. Add brown sugar to skillet, and place pineapple rings and cherries, then fill in all gaps with crushed pineapple.

3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer, then add to skillet.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
