Carrot juice

Ingredients
Carrots - 2 medium sized cut into small pieces
Water - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - from 1 lemon
Ice-as needed
Directions
1. Grind the carrot in a blender or mixer adding water.Grind twice to extract all the juice from the carrots.Then using a strainer,separate juice and pulp.
2. Add lemon juice,salt and sugar to this and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
Add ice cubes and serve chill.
