4 oz wine vinegar
4 oz rice wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/4 oz sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup corn starch
16 oz oil - mix of Enova or another low cholesterol oil and olive oil
Iceberg and Romaine lettuce, torn
Red sweet pepper, chopped
Green onions (and greens), chopped
Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, and Mozzarella cheeses, grated.
6 english muffins, cubed
1/2 cup Casa dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Dressing: Blend the first 8 dressing ingredients in a blender. Pour oil in, in a steam.
2. Toss dressing with salad ingredients 15 minutes before serving.
3. Croutons (add at serving time): Toss all crouton ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet. Stir every 5 minutes. They are done when lightly browned.
