Cashew coconut ranch dressing (oil-free)

Ingredients for 6 people
1/2 cup soaked cashews (almonds work too)
1 cup light coconut milk
1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
2-3 T maple syrup, pitted dates, honey, or agave
3/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
1. Blend and refrigerate...tastes better after a few hours.
