Cauliflower gratin recipe

(for the sauce:)
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 Tbsp ground mustard
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 salt and pepper
1/2 cup freshly grated cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar

(additional Ingredients:)
1 whole head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup freshly grated cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400*.

2. 2.In a large pot filled with water, with a pinch of salt, bring to a boil: add cauliflower. Let cook 6 mins: then drain and reput in pot.

3. 3.In a skillet, add butter; stir till melted. Add flour, stir 30 seconds: Add milk, cook 5 to 6 mins till nice and thick sauce:

4. 4. When done, turn off and add cheddar cheese and grated cheese; nutmeg, dried mustard, salt and pepper; stir together.

5. 5.Pour cheese sauce all over cauliflower: stir. And put in casserole dish

6. 6.Add grated cheese on top; And mix the bread crumbs with the dried parsley and butter.

7. 7.Sprinkle over on top; put in oven 25 mins; let cool completely.
