Chai tea banana muffins recipe

3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
1 chai tea bag
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375*. Get a muffin tin, line with liners/ grease.

2. 2. In a saucepan, add milk and chai tea bag; Let it come to a simmer, bubble's around the edges, then let steep for 10 mins.

3. 3. In a bowl, add mashed bananas, then add vegetable oil; stir.

4. 4.Add eggs and sugar; mix together till combined.

5. 5.Add vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and almond milk chi tea mixture: Stir to combine.

6. 6.Use a ice cream scooper, divide batter evenly in muffin tin:
