Chapathi noodles
Recipe by Kitchen Snippets
Chapathi-6 nos
Capsicum/bell pepper-1
Carrot-1
Cabbage-1 small piece
onion-1 small sliced
Garlic-3-4 podes chopped
Coriander leaves- a handful chopped
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Tomato sauce-2 tblpsn
Sambar powder-1 tspn
Lemon juice-1 tspn
Salt
Oil
1. Cut the chapathis into long thin slices( picture below).Cut the vegetables also into thin long slices.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.Saute till the onions become transparent.Then add in the veggies and chopped coriander.Saute till they become soft.Now add the sauces and sambar powder.Saute for 1 more mint.Then add the sliced chapathi stripes and mix well.Toss in high flame for 1 more mint.Sprinkle lemon juice and remove from fire . Serve immediately.
3. This recipe will serve 2 people.

These is really very easy and yummy dish but one thing I wanted to know that can we take stale chapati or it need a fresh one.

Hi Eduardo ,u should use the cooked one.U can either make fresh chapathis or u can use the leftover ones.
