Cheese and broccoli soup my recipe

1/2 stick butter 3 chopped green onions 1 grated carrot 2 stalks of celery, chopped

1. In a large pan simmer the above ingredients. Add 2 cups chicken, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add 3 cans cream of potato soup, 10 oz. grated cheese, parsley flakes and 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco. Cook a 16 oz. pkg of broccoli as directed on pkg. Add this and simmer for 15 minutes. Right before serving stir in 1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream.
