Author I got this recipe from an old neighbour in Johannesburg in the 1980's and have been making it ever since. These puffs are so versatile: they are delicious as canapes, fantastic served with soup, make a breakfast of champions for a hungry hubby and children, and are a welcome mid-morning snack. They can be thrown together in moments from store cupboard ingredients.
