Cheesecake ice cream ( no machine) recipe~
Recipe by1 heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temp
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 chopped strawberries
1. 1. In the bowl with the cream cheese, mixed well, add the sweetened condensed milk & vanilla extract, and zest of lemon. mix to combine:
2. 2.Add in heavy cream in bowl, and fold in till combine.
3. 3.Pour batter mixture in a rectangle container; cover with lid, and put in freezer, and let set 6 to 8 hours or over night:
4. 4.When time is done, allow it to come to room temp, for about 15 mins, before serving.
5. 5.Scoop ice cream in a waffle bowl, and add some chopped strawberries
