4 hard boiled eggs
227gm (8oz) very low fat cottage cheese
3tbsp reduced calorie salad cream (3 Syns)
42gm reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated**
freshly ground black pepper

1. Chop the eggs and mix with the cottage cheese and salad cream, stir in the grated cheese & black pepper. Serve.
Notes
This quick and easy spread makes an ideal sandwich filler, or a tasty topper for toast, crisp breads or jacket potatoes.
