4 cups all-purpose flour
1 package of rise yeast
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp unsalted butter,
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese

1. 1. In a saucepan, add milk and butter, and put on stove till butter is melted, and milk is warm.

2. 2.In a bowl, add sugar, and egg yolks. Whisk together:

3. 3.With the yeast, add a tsp of sugar, and put the yeast in the milk and butter pot, and put aside till it forms up:

4. 4.In the flour bowl, add Mozzarella and salt, mix together.

5. 5.Once yeast is formed, pour in egg yolk mixture, whisk.

6. 6.Add in dry Ingredients, mix. Pour bowl with dough hook, and mix 5 to 7 mins till smooth dough.

7. 7.In a glass bowl, put vegetable oil in it, and put dough in bowl, and brush dough with oil on it, on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap, and put somewhere warm. (Microwave xD) An hour till double in size:

8. 8.In a small sauce pan, add butter and chopped garlic. Put on stove, till melted.

9. 9.Put some flour on the table. Put some flour on the dough, and make it a log shape:And cut 12 to 16 pieces:

10. 10.Take a rectangle dish, and spray with non stick spray: Take a dough, and form into bun like, and pinch bottom. Put in dish:

11. 11.Take pastry brush, and top with garlic butter mixture on buns. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, on top of buns. Put cheese mozzeralla on top of buns:

12. 12. Take plastic wrap cover, and let rise AGAIN for another hour or until doubled:

13. 13.Put in oven 375* 20 to 25 mins till deep golden.
