Cheesy Prawn Gratin. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

5 oz of small broccoli florets
11 oz cooked peeled prawns
295g tin of condensed mushroom soup
3 & 1/2 oz of milk
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
4oz of mature cheddar, grated
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 20 min min

1. Preheat oven to 180.
Cook the brossoli in a pan of boilling water for 2 min.
Dran and refresh in cold water.

2. Place the broccoli in a baking dish and scatter over the prawns.
Mix together the soup, milk, ketchup and half the cheese.

3. Spoon over the prawns and broccoli.
Mix together the remaining cheese and crums
and scatter over the sauce.

4. Bake for 15 minutes
until golden and crisp.
