Cheesy Stuffed Shells of Shel - Recipefy

1 container (16 ounces) Breakstone's or Knudsen 2% milkfat low fat cottage cheese
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup Kraft 2% milk shreadded mozzarella cheese divided
1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 large tomato, chopped

Prep. Time → 25 min

Cook Time → 27 min

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F

2. Mix cottage cheese, spinach and 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and seasoning

3. Spoon mixture into shells

4. Mix sauce and tomatoes

5. Spoon half into 13 x 9 inch baking dish

6. Add filled shells and top with remaining sauce

7. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through

8. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
