3 carrots, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
3 celery, diced
1 raw uncooked chicken, cut into 1 inch peices
7 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/3 cup flour
1 cup peas
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white wine
1 salt and pepper
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable oil

(dumplings:)
2 cups flour
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp parsely and chives
1 black pepper

1. 1. In a bowl with the chicken cutlets bite pieces, season with pepper, salt, and flour. Mix.

2. 2.In a sauce pan, add vegetable oil. When hot, add chicken in it, till crispy and cooked. Set aside chicken:

3. 3.In the same pot, add veggies. Stir. Add vegetable oil if needed:

4. 4.salt and pepper: cook 6 to 7 mins till soft:

5. 5.put chicken back in: add plourty seasoning over chicken and veggies. Stir. (bigger pot)

6. 6.add chicken stock. Stir. Bring to a boil, half covered, and simmer for 40 mins.

7. 7.When done, add peas and heavy cream:

8. (to make dumplings:)

9. 1.In a another bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, chopped parsely and chives and pepper.

10. 2.Add the heavy cream and whole milk in bowl: and melted butter. Mix.

11. 3.Take ice cream scoop, and scoop right in pot on stove.

12. 4.scoop Dallops of the dough,all over the top of the stock. Cover halfway, and cook for 15 mins: (medium high)

13. 5. After 15 mins, turn heat off, and let sit for another 5 mins.

14. 6.scoop in soup bowl
