Chicken cacciatore

4 Chicken Breasts (one per person)
3 Garlic cloves
2 tins chopped tomatoes
Handful Fresh Basil
Half tub full fat Philadelphia
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Either place chicken breasts whole or chop chicken into large chunks and add to a casserole dish with the chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic and basil.
2. Season and stir well
3. Cover the dish with a lid or tin foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
4. Stir in the Philadelphia and sprinkle on a few more fresh basil leaves before serving.
