Chicken chow mein sw

8tbsp light soy sauce
2tsp white wine vinegar
4cloves garlic crushed
1in piece of fresh root ginger
1tsp chinese five spice
4 lean chicken breasts thinly sliced
14oz dried egg noodles
fry light
8 spring onions
large pack of stir fry vegetables
2tbsp dark soy
Prep. Time → 30ish min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Mix the light soy, white wine vinegar, garlic, ginger and five spice in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the packet insructions, then drain. Spray a large frying pan or wak with frylight. Add the chicken and stir fry over a high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
3. Add the vegetables and spring onions and stirfry for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the noodles and dark soy and toss together. cook for a further 4 minutes until piping hot. Serve in warmed bowls.
