4 Small Chicken Breasts, 5 Carrots, 4 Large Potatoes, 2 Onions, Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, 2 chicken Stock cubes

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 125 min

1. 1. First peel the vegetables and leave them to sit.

2. After peeling the vegetables, boil 100ml of water and pour into a pot and add ONE stock cube and dissolve it.

2. 3. Chop the vegetables. Cut the onions in half and peel them into a large pot, chop the carrots into about 1cm pieces horizontally, chop the potatoes in half then in half again and the same with the chicken breasts.

3. 4. After putting all your vegetables into the pot add the water with the dissolved stock cube in and then fill the pot up with water so it just covers the vegetables.

4. 5. Add Salt, Pepper and Rosemary and give it a stir. Turn the heat on so the water comes to a simmer and give it a stir.

5. 6. Check the pot every 15 minutes and taste regularly. Season to your tasting.

6. 7. When it has been cooked you can blend everything up or just leave it as it is.

7. Enjoy!!
