Chicken hariyali/ Green chicken of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

*Chicken-1/2 kg

*To Grind

1.Spring onion-2
2.Green chilli-4
3.Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
4. Mint leaves-1/4 cup
5.Garlic-10 podes
6.Ginger-1 peice

*Thick coconut milk--1/2 cup
*Garam masala powder-1/2 tspn
*Lime juice
*Oil
*salt

1. Grind together the ingredients listed under "To Grind" to a fine paste.

2. Heat oil in a pan.Add the ground paste and saute till the raw smell goes.

3. Add the chicken pieces.Saute till the chicken pieces are completely coated with the masala.Cover and cook in low flame for 10 mints.

4. Add thick coconut milk and garam masala .Mix well and cook till the chicken is tender.

5. Add lime juice.mix well and remove from stove.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
