Chicken Mayo Cigars of Forbidden - Recipefy

400g cooked chicken, cut into pieces
250ml mayonnaise
80g gherkins, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
10 chives, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
40g butter, melted
30ml oil
15 sheets phyllo pastry
100g mozzarella, grated

Prep. Time → 40 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Grease large baking sheet with oil and line with baking paper

3. Mix chicken, mayo, gherkins, onion, chives, salt and pepper

4. Mix butter and oil

5. Brush each phyllo sheet with mixture and cit sheet in half

6. Spoon a little chicken mixture on one half of sheet and scatter a little cheese on top

7. Fold in the sides of the pastry and roll up

8. place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 15min or until crisp and done
