Chicken parmesan casserole

4 chicken breasts, butterflied
1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated
1 cup mozzarella
3 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 bunch basil, fresh chopped
2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. In an 8x8 baking dish spread tomato sauce evenly on the bottom, then layer mozzarella and basil evenly on top.

2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper to taste, then place evenly into pan over mozzarella.

3. In a bowl mix panko, parmesan, parsley, and oregano. Sprinkle evenly over chicken, then bake at 375 °F for 1 hour.

4. Serve and enjoy
