5 boneless chicken cutlets
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 tsp olive oil
1 vegetable oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

1. (this is the 5 star chicken cutlets from the chicken parmesan.)

2. 1.put eggs in bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

3. 2.put flour in bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

4. 3.put bread crumbs on plate, and season with salt and pepper:

5. 4.add the milk in eggs plate, and whisk.

6. 5.Take chicken cutlet, and dip in flour, both sides. Dip in eggs both sides, and bread well in bread crumbs:

7. 6.In a skillet, with vegetable oil, add a tsp of olive oil for flavor: add chicken in, and cook both sides.

8. 7.put on plate with paper towel, and season with salt and pepper
