2 boneless chicken breast filets cut into small pieces
300g sun dried tomatoes
1 part roasted red pepper
2 t spoons of lemon juice

1. grill the chicken then blend the sun dried tomatoes and pepper and lemon juice until smooth when chicken is cooked all the way through drizzle with the passatie sauce
