Chicken penne chili alfredo
1 Box ( 375 g ) Catelli® Healthy Harvest® Whole Wheat Penne
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Pepper (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
4 Slices Of Bacon
1 Jar Of Your Favourite Alfredo Sauce
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Minced Garlic

1. Add your Whole Wheat Penne to boiling water and cook to its instructions. As that is boiling place your bacon inside the oven for about 10 – 15 minutes at 400 degrees. In a medium to high heated pan, add your diced/cubed chicken breasts and cook thoroughly. Add your diced onion, pepper, chili powder, and minced garlic to the chicken once it has finished cooking and let everything cook on a medium low heat for a couple of minutes or until the vegetables become soft.
2. Once the vegetables become soft add your Alfredo sauce and stir for about a minute then add your chicken and Alfredo mixture to the already drained penne (pasta) and combine.
3. Take out the bacon. Use paper towels to obsorb any excess grease and roughly crush the bacon to pieces and garnish your Chicken Penne Chili Alfredo with that and the cilantro.
