Chicken Soto of Camila Jimenez - Recipefy

1/4 kg of boneless chicken meat
1 tomato
1 egg
Glass noodles As much
cabbage (thinly sliced)
Celery leaves As much (thinly sliced)
Chives As much (thinly sliced)

Ground spices
Garlic
Turmeric
Candlenut
Lemongrass (crushed)
Step

Prep. Time → 8 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. Boil the eggs and chicken until cooked, then fried chicken until golden yellow.

2. 2.In a bowl of soun, cabbage, tomato slices, hard boiled eggs and chicken, and celery slices.

3. 3.Blend the garlic, turmeric and candlenut, geprek lemongrass and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the water put in salt, pepper, and flavoring and chives, cook until boiling and then taste test, if you have already poured the sauce into the soup bowl. Soto ayam is ready to be enjoyed.
