Chicken spaghetti

1 whole chicken 12 oz. spaghetti 2 to 3 chicken bouillon cubes 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can tomato soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

1. Place whole chicken in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Cool. Debone. Measure 8 to 9 cups of broth and cook the spaghetti in it according to the package directions. To the spaghetti, add bouillon cubes, onion and bell pepper. cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the mushroom, chicken and tomato soups. Add chicken and Velveeta. Stir until all cheese is melted. Spray pan with Pam. Pour chicken and spaghetti mixture into the pan. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
