Chili
Recipe by Josh Ferguson
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions
2-3 bell peppers
1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 cups chicken stock
1 can beans (optional)
4-6 tablespoons cumin
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
salt & pepper
2 teaspoons honey
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 60 min
1. Dice onions and bell peppers
2. Brown ground beef and set aside
3. Saute onions and bell peppers on medium heat until soft about 10 minutes
4. Add the ground beef back into the pot
5. Add in half of cumin and chili powder and cook for 2 minutes
6. Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for an hour
